Our white almond butter is made from quickly blanched almonds. This removes the skin and a very tasty, slightly sweet almond butter is left behind. We make our nut butters in house, so we are sure they achieve the right, pure flavour. White almond butter is perfectly suited to baking, as the consistency is somewhat thinner and the flavour is slightly sweet.
