What is BIO RED LENTILS?

- 400 g of boiled and drained lentils
- 100 g of dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons water

- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- the juice of one lemon
