What is BIO COCONUT SUGAR?
Coconut sugar is the modern alternative to our familiar "white sugar". It is extracted from the flowers of the coconut palm.
Unlike "white sugar", coconut has a brown color and a very light caramel flavor.
Coconut sugar can be used as a substitute for "white sugar" by being used in various desserts and drinks.

Ingredients
- 4 medium proteins
- 4 teaspoons of liquid cream
- 100 g (1 cup) of coconut sugar
- 30 g (1/4 cup) ground almonds
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 250 ml (3 cups) of coconut milk
- (optional) dark chocolate for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170º C.
- Beat the egg whites until white, then add the cream, continue to beat. Slowly add the coconut sugar. Then add the almonds, coconut and vanilla extract. Mix well with a spoon.
- Form balls, lightly knead and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Decorate with melted dark chocolate, if desired.
