Leucine, isoleucine & valine are commonly grouped together and referred to as branched chain amino acids, or BCAAs. BCAAs are essential, meaning that they must be consumed through the diet. BSN® BCAA DNA provides 5 g of BCAAs per serving and is unflavoured, so you may add BCAA DNA to your favourite beverage. BCAA DNA Powder is recommended first thing in the morning and/or during the 30 minutes just before or immediately after training.
