Salmon with PESTO AL PISTACCHIO
Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized salmon fillets
- 2-3 peeled garlic cloves
- 2-3 cherry tomatoes
- 3-4 tablespoons PESTO AL PISTACCHIO
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into portions and place in a medium-sized pan on baking paper.
- Coat the fish with PESTO AL PISTACCHIO.
- Place the garlic cloves and cherry tomatoes between the salmon pieces.
- Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees in a preheated oven.
