Ingredients:
- ½ RICE SPAGHETTI
- 1 carrot - cut into thin strips
- 1 head chopped red onion
- 1 red or green pepper - cut into strips
- Garlic to taste
- 2 tbsp. canned peas
- Soybean sprouts
- 1 tsp. ginger
- Pepper
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
Instructions:
- Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package
- Heat a frying pan with a small amount of sesame oil
- Stew carrots, onions and peppers
- Add the remaining vegetables and spices
- Mix well and add the spaghetti
- Stir for about 1 minute and remove from the heat
